Meet our Sunday Host

Each Sunday, our host is available after each service to meet guests and answer questions. Don’t be afraid to go up and introduce yourself to them – they don’t bite! They’re honestly some great people and they might even have a little gift for you!

Come to More on Momentum

Want to know more about Momentum? Come to this short (15-minutes), informal gathering right after any service on the second Sunday of the month. We will be sharing our story, our vision, and letting you know how you can get more involved with what God is doing here.

There are so many great things happening through Momentum. If you are interested in getting involved with what God is doing here and building new relationships, plugging in on Sunday mornings might be a great step for you. Some opportunities where you can partner with our ministry teams would be in:

Life Groups

Look around at the community you live in. It has its own size…its own style…its own feel. Similar to the communities around us, life groups are the same way; each having their own identity.

At some level, everyone desires to connect with another individual; to belong to someone or something. Our desire for life groups is for people to experience an environment in which that connection can take place. We want to see people experiencing the fullness of life together. Sometimes that means studying scripture together to see how Jesus walked through the same situations we do; sometimes it means helping each other with a problem or project; and sometimes it just means hanging out at a cookout or movie.

We are on this journey with God and value the stories of life that you experience along the way. If you have a story you would like to share or are interested in checking-out a group, please contact Seth Hoover at seth@momentumcc.org.

Partnership

At Momentum we call membership, partnership. Membership tends to be focused on the individual, but partnership is joint effort requiring a unified mission. In Matthew, Jesus invites us to join God’s mission for reaching the world – it’s a co-mission. At Momentum we want to partner together as we partner with God in carrying out his commands to love: to love God and love people. God calls us to an adventure; not necessarily an easy one, but one that will be incredible!

Every-other month we offer a Partnership Gathering which introduces people to Momentum’s story, its purpose, and how you can partner with us. This is a fun, two-hour event. Childcare is provided. For more information on this please email us at info@momentumcc.org.
